Our buildings are the ideal solution for a wide range of uses. Whether a permanent dwelling, a vacation home, a mountain chalet, a garden office or a guest house, our designs are perfectly suited to any need. We are also ready to realize exhibition pavilions, offices, veterinary practices or mountain and seaside accommodation. These are just a few of the challenges we have turned into success so far.

We use high-quality materials with extended warranties of up to 35 years. The roof and facade made of perforated sheet metal, fiber cement or heat-treated wood for the ventilated facade, together with the aluminum joinery, ensure the strength and durability of the construction in the long term.

The hybrid strength structure, made of wood and metal, offers the ideal balance between the strength of galvanized metal and the thermal insulating properties of C24 certified wood. The Rockwool basalt wool thermal insulation provides high fire protection and superior energy efficiency.

From the very first homes delivered in 2019, we have set our sights on achieving NZEB standards. We focus on integrating the most advanced technical solutions and state-of-the-art materials to create exceptionally energy-efficient homes. In doing so, we not only reduce our environmental impact, but also ensure considerable savings on long-term operating costs. All our homes are equipped with intelligent ventilation systems with heat recovery, which ensure fresh, healthy indoor air while reducing energy losses. These systems not only improve thermal comfort, but also contribute significantly to maintaining a constant, energy-efficient and energy-saving indoor environment. In addition, our solutions are tailored to each project, guaranteeing a perfect balance between efficiency and comfort.

We have gained the trust of partners in Austria, Germany and the Netherlands, being chosen as the sole suppliers for the largest tourist park developed in Romania, The Valley. We also contribute to similar projects in the Netherlands and Sardinia.

In our factory, the manufacturing process is optimized to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Houses are built to fully finished stage in 6 to 9 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Once the homes are completed in the factory, installation and commissioning is carried out efficiently, taking from a few hours to a maximum of one day. This allows customers to enjoy their new homes in a very short time. In addition, another advantage of our solutions is that they do not require a continuous foundation or raft, the houses can be placed on micro foundations or metal screws.
